on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be
in the office 4 days a week. As Manager of Treasury Settlement
Services (TSS), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy
and integrity of our trade lifecycle—from post-execution through
settlement. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues, drive
innovation, and help us succeed together as One Schwab. What You’ll
Do: • Lead and engage in the core functions of trade verification,
settlement, collateral management, and exception processing,
helping to mitigate operational and administrative risks. •
Maintain and enhance data accuracy, leveraging automation and
technology to improve Treasury Settlement Services. • Champion
internal controls that safeguard corporate assets and uphold
Schwab’s reputation for integrity and service excellence. •
Collaborate across teams and with external partners to ensure
timely and accurate settlement of large cash and securities
transactions. • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement
of trading and collateral management systems, contributing to
Schwab’s commitment to innovation and client-centric solutions. •
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, controls,
and technology, driving positive change for our clients and our
team. What you have To ensure that we fulfill our promise of
“challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications
that successful candidates should have: Required Qualifications: •
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics; 5
years in settlement operations (including derivatives) within
broker/dealer or banking environments. • Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of custody/clearing best practices, collateral
management (eligibility, margin, substitution), and asset-backed
securities processing. Familiarity with derivatives (e.g., interest
rate swaps) and related collateral requirements. • Systems & Tools:
Experience with trade order systems, Bloomberg, SWIFT, custodian
platforms; willingness to learn Treasury ManagementSystems, Nasdaq
Calypso, Tableau, Alteryx. • Skills: Excellent analytical,
strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities; keen attention
to detail; ability to multi-task under pressure while collaborating
effectively. • Preferred: Professional Treasury qualification (or
in progress), corporate treasury/compliance experience, and proven
success leading middle-office projects. • Mindset: Innovative,
change-driven, and committed to process improvement. In addition to
