provides administrative support to loan officers. This role is
responsible for performing general record keeping and clerical
functions. This position is primarily responsible for handling loan
documentation related to commercial, agricultural, and consumer
loans. Position is located in Loveland. It is not a remote
position. Pay Range $24.00-$29.00/hour, depending on applicable
experience. What you will do Review and process loan applications,
ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required documentation.
Prepare and maintain loan documentation, including promissory
notes, security agreements, and collateral documents. Verify
insurance requirements are correct and up-to-date. Ensure that all
documents are properly executed and compliant with regulatory
requirements. Monitor and track loan files to ensure they are up to
date with relevant information, commercial loan covenants, and
compliance requirements. Maintain the file monitoring system
(Tickler Reports). Assist in the preparation of loan disbursements
and payments, maintaining accurate records throughout the loan
cycle. Maintain open and clear communication with customers,
providing assistance and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with
lending officers, credit analysts, and other departments to
facilitate the loan origination and servicing processes. Other
duties as assigned. What you will need Associates degree or greater
in related field preferred 2 years related experience Required.
Familiarity with Fiserv Premier Banking System, or other banking
systems a plus. Attention to detail necessary in role. What we
