We are seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant for a temporary assignment in the Loveland area. Key Responsibilities: Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately Ensure full knowledge and compliance with fair housing regulations and leasing policies Build strong relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals Conduct property tours, prepare leasing paperwork, and follow up on leads Qualifications: Previous Leasing Experience is a MUST Strong understanding and experience with Fair Housing Laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing and professional personality with the ability to connect with potential tenants Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance Immediate availability to start on a temporary assignment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Career Strategies?
