This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can lead crews, manage projects, and ensure all work complies with Colorado codes and safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee plumbing projects from planning through completion. Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentice plumbers. Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts. Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with state, local, and city codes (including Denver). Conduct system testing and inspections. Provide accurate project estimates and manage schedules. Maintain safety standards on job sites. Qualifications Active Colorado Master Plumber License (required). 5 years experience as a licensed Master Plumber. Strong knowledge of state and local plumbing codes. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Ability to supervise teams and coordinate with contractors and inspectors. Preferred certifications: Backflow Prevention Tester (ASSE 5110/5111) Medical Gas Installer (ASSE 6010) OSHA 10/30 Certification EPA Lead-Safe Certification Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Salary based off of experience, certifications and expected performance. Commission bonuses are available based on performance
