Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Construction Field/Office Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our operations team. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings strong technical skills to the table. Responsibilities: Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Utilize various software packages to process submittals and requests for information. Utilize Bluebeam software to markup drawings and perform quantity takeoffs. Understands how to compare drawing and specification requirements to products and drawings submitted by our trade partners so that these items can be submitted for design team and Owner approvals. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and trade partners to solve project challenges. Preference to candidates who can utilize AutoCAD and Revit to interpret and review design documents. Participates in weekly project team meetings and is accountable for solving challenges assigned. Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction (required). Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Location: This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo. Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
