etiquette to communicate effectively with clients. Assist customers
with scheduling appointments and follow-ups. Support sales
initiatives by promoting additional services or products. Ensure a
clean and organized office environment for optimal customer
experience. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall
service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in customer
service or client services, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and
written. Proficiency in using office software and computerized
systems for record keeping. Experience with cash handling
procedures is preferred. Ability to analyze information and provide
tailored solutions to customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus,
enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Sales experience is
advantageous, contributing to overall business growth. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment. A genuine interest in automotive products and services
is highly desirable. Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills
