A licensed Physical Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive support for students across multiple K-12 sites in the Denver, CO area. This full-time, contract role involves leave coverage from early April to late May, serving a diverse student population from PreK through high school with varying physical and multiple disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to approximately 55 students across six different school sites. Manage caseloads with a focus on physical and multiple disabilities ranging from mild to severe. Utilize pediatric mobility equipment effectively to support student needs. Collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with IEP requirements. Provide Parent Teacher Association (PTA) services at the three largest schools within the assignment. Qualifications and Experience: Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Physical Therapist certification is mandatory. Previous experience working within Colorado schools is required. Strong knowledge of IEP development and pediatric mobility equipment. Ability to manage an itinerant role with multiple site coverage efficiently.
