This K-12 paraprofessional position is located in Littleton, CO, offering a contract role through the current school year ending 5/22/26. The position requires candidates to start as soon as possible and support classroom instruction and student needs within a school setting, with at least one year of prior experience in school classrooms. One high school paraprofessional opening is currently available. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working within school classrooms Significant/severe caseload experience is highly preferred Flexibility to be assigned across different school sites and student age groups as needed Reliable personal transportation required; public or ride-share transit will not be accepted Ability to report punctually by 7:40 am for elementary or 8:00 am for middle/high school assignments Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering duties when necessary Must pass fingerprint background check immediately after offer acceptance (disqualifying offenses include felony or misdemeanor charges) Candidates must have two completed professional references verified through RefAssuredplease do not apply without these references in hand Responsibilities: Provide direct support to teachers and students within the classroom Assist students with academic and behavioral needs tailored to individual caseloads Adapt to varying classroom environments and student requirements per assignment Collaborate with school staff to implement educational and care plans Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district policies and procedures Location: Littleton, Colorado (local candidates preferred) Applicants must present two completed professional RefAssured references at the time of application.
