Job Description:
Full-time Description Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning
Center is a high quality non-profit early childhood learning
program in Fort Collins. We are seeking an Aide/Assistant Teacher
for our preschool classroom. Prior childcare experience is
preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for early childhood education and supporting children with
diverse needs. Responsibilities: -Provide care and support for
preschoolers in a classroom setting - Implement behavior management
strategies to create a positive learning environment - Communicate
effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Assist in
classroom activities and educational programs - Contribute to
curriculum development and educational planning - Support the lead
teachers in educating and engaging students. Skills: - Strong
behavior management skills -Excellent communication abilities to
interact with students, parents, and staff - Background in
childcare or early childhood education - Familiarity with
curriculum development and classroom activities. This position
