facility in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks an early career Program
Planner to join our mission supporting the Lockheed Martin Space
IGNITE organization which is responsible for the research and
development of new technologies. IGNITE performs game-changing
research, develops ground-breaking products for internal and
external sale, and accelerates technology development at an
unheard-of rate for Space. The IGNITE organization has been charged
with removing the barriers to innovation and change to become a
more competitive and cost-effective company. It will push the
boundaries of possibility, experiment with new ways of completing

yet. As our Program Planner you will… • Partner with Program &
Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical
performance • Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which
accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to
execute IRAD (Internal Research & Development). • Provide the
program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and
actionable planning data • Ensure all commitments are tracked,
monitored, and statused • Prepare/coordinate the development of
planning artifacts for solicitation response • Interface with
program management, senior management, and the customer as the
program’s planning integrator • Gain exposure to vertical and
horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all
schedules and other program artifacts LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic
Qualifications • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant
planning/scheduling, operations, or logistics/material management
experience • Proven ability in utilizing MS Project, Open Plan,
Excel, or another comparable scheduling tool • Experience with
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint • Due to the work being supported, U.S.
citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret
security clearance Desired skills • Bachelors degree preferred with
3 years of relevant program planning/scheduling experience •
Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and
deadlines • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated
team • Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple
disciplines • Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention
to detail • Strong influencing and relationship management skills •
Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance • Understanding
of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft program • Ability to

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

$73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary
