motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the
Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven
track record of managing Ground-up and Interior Construction
projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that
requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project
management.Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Ground-up and Interior Construction
projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and
timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders,
including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and
to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, including
scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the client and
senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes,
regulations, and safety standards.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years in Ground-up and Interior Construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software,
and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety
standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and
specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.If you are a
