hybrid-eligible, provided the candidate resides within the
following markets: Santa Fe, Denver, Las Vegas, Dallas, Los Angeles
or Florida.Compensation: Compensation for candidates based in
Colorado is $103,130 - $142,320 and will vary based upon experience
and other locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus of
up to 8% of base salary. Bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on
the successful achievement of pre-determined company and individual
performance goals.Deadline: The deadline for submitting

the right to extend this deadline if needed.Job DescriptionThe
Manager of Planning and Scheduling plays a pivotal role in
providing planning and schedule support to executive management,
overseeing planning and scheduling responsibilities across our
entire project portfolio.Are you a dynamic and roll-up-the-sleeves
scheduling professional with seasoned experience in the themed
entertainment, immersive arts or hospitality industries? Join Meow
Wolf's project management team as our Manager of Planning and
Scheduling, where you'll be responsible for supporting project
teams with planning and schedule development for design,
construction and show installation for new exhibitions, as well as
Sustainment and Expansion projects. Scope of planning and
scheduling responsibilities include development/establishment of
program/project schedules, show concept development, building
construction, show production and installation.Essential to the
role is possessing strong interpersonal skills and bringing a
partnership approach to planning with both internal and external
stakeholders who range from Creative Directors to vendor
partners.How You Will Do It...
- You will spearhead the development of Meow Wolf's facility
design, construction and show installation schedules with
collaborative determination and sophistication, therefore
contributing to an incredible immersive experience for our
guests.
- Prepares program project life cycle and project master
schedules and statuses the project schedules utilizing Primavera
software.
- Develops comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple
discipline drawings and specifications. Prepares project plans and
works with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project
master schedules. Prepares schedule contract milestones for bid
packages.
- Leads planning and coordination meetings as required to support
planning and monitoring functions. Collects/reports progress,
evaluates progress variances, develops work-around plans, and
coordinates resolution of variances.
- Produces reports as required to support project team needs and
executive management reporting. Frequently communicates, reports,
and interacts with project and core team members including vendors
and outside consultants on complex topics.
- Provides the project team with Schedule guidance during all
phases of the project. Coordinates with estimating/finance teams to
develop appropriate level of detail scope definition and durations
for schedule activities to support project monitoring and project
controls reporting needs
- Coordinates with contractors, vendors, and responsible project
team members to develop and integrate activity durations and logic
sequences required to perform project work. Integrates project
schedule input from all internal and external project
organizations.
- Develop and maintain critical path logic networks; accumulate
and access historical data for use in maintaining realistic future
planning and forecasting.To be successful in this role...
- You have demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and
planning and the ability to interpret design drawings and
specs.
- You are skilled in effectively presenting information in
one-on-one and small group situations and to lead and facilitate
meetings.
- You are skilled in problem solving as well as anticipating
changes within the project scope.
- You hold excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral
communication skills, organizational as well as creative thinking
Essential tools to set you up for success.
- You bring 7+ Years of proven experience in
engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience and 3+
years theme park planning/coordination experience preferred; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You must possess an in-depth knowledge of core platforms and
programs as they will be utilized on a daily basis:
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Keynote
- Gantt charts

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction
ManagementWork Environment & Physical Demands...
- This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours a week, Monday
to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MT or 10 am to 6 pm MST - occasionally
requiring flexibility to work during evenings or weekends based on
business needs, as well as travel to off-site locations.
