Responsible for managing multiple locations and managing personnel at different locations.EssentialFunctions:

• ResponsibleforcoordinatingflowforcommunicationbetweenHaulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams
  • Provideson-sitepresenceondaily,weekly,orbi-weeklybasistoensureHaulers/Delivery Teams are following procedures
    • Overseesrecruiting,processing,andperformanceofHaulers
      • Developsandmaintainsrelationswith vendors
        • Ensuresfollowuponshippingdiscrepancies,damagedgoodsandin-homedamageclaims
          • Interfaceswithendcustomerstoensureeffectivein-homedeliveryfor customers
            • Maintainsmonthlyoperationreportsthatincludestatisticsandcustomerservice scores
              • OtherdutiesasassignedSkills& Competencies
                • Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationsskills
                  • Excellentmathematicalskills,withtheabilitytocalculatefiguresandamountssuchas discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
                    • Abilitytoanalyzetechnicalandscientificjournalsastheypertaintothebusinessandmarket
