Research Coordinator RN II Days

BSN required. 4 years of registered nurse experience, and 2
years research experience required. 2+ years of recent inpatient
critical care/trauma experience strongly preferred
Coordinates research projects, with applicable research management
systems, processes, and monitors progress and completion of
clinical studies/trials. May support the design and procurement of
funding for new study protocols.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Location: Memorial Central
Collaborates with principal investigator, sponsor, and research
staff to plan, conduct, and evaluate project protocols. Monitors
and reports on progress of projects, as necessary.
Conducts informed consent, provides clinical education, performs
clinical procedures and other clinical assessments on study
participants per the protocol and within scope of practice. Assists
with the pre-screening, selection, education, testing and
monitoring of research participants.
Assesses eligibility of potential participants. Conducts informed
consent, utilizes clinical judgment, provides clinical education,
performs clinical procedures and physical and other clinical
assessments on potential and active study participants per the
protocol and within scope of practice.
Coordinates with investigator to manage adverse events, compliance,
and other participant-related issues. Facilitates the education of
necessary parties. Ensures the completion and maintenance of
consent forms, case report forms, SAE's and source documents.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered
Minimum Experience: 4 years of nursing experience and 2 years
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before
start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of
hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either
the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for
the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional
Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be
through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.) Are you a

This position's pay range starts at: $30.000000/hour.
