least six months of direct RN experience eligible for up to a
$20,000 sign-on bonus! The bonus will be taxed per IRS regulations.
Additional relocation bonus may apply based on geographical
location.--- Must be hired into a full-time or part-time position;
PRN positions are not eligible. Some exclusions may apply.
-Schedule: Full time. 40 Hrs/wk - 10hr shifts 0645-1715- Variable
Day off -Call Required: 2-6 shifts per 6-week schedule30min call
back radius required -Scheduling is done by Managers every 6 weeks

$32.36 - $51.86/HR

support department director/manager by coordinating clinical and
department activities for the unit including shift charge,
department and/or service line. Ensure that care is delivered to
each patient in accordance with quality standards. Act as liaison
between physicians and patient care team. Maintain communication
and promote cooperation with unit staff and other departments.
Supervise the staff; authorize work procedures and assign duties.
Provides input and recommendations to the director/manager on
coaching, mentoring and performance management of associates.
Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient
through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient
care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Personally, accountable for relationship-based care, organizational
mission, and core values. -Primarily roles include: Oversight of
Orthopedic service line in collaboration with OR leadership and
physicians. Ensuring ORs are prepared for orthopedic procedures.
Scheduling, Rounding on staff and rooms. -Ensuring ORs are cleaned
and ready for a procedure. putting instruments and equipment away
from days procedures. -Secondary roles: Working in OR as a staff
RN. Helping staff get breaks and lunch.
