-Schedule: Full-time-40hrs/week-Day shift: 2X8hrs + 2X12hrs in
collaboration -with partner ANM.Call Required: Administrative call
required-1-2 weekdays/Weeknights and 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) every 2-3
weeks. Call includes taking phone calls for administrative
assistance -to Department.Pay Range:$37.64 - $55.39/hrFlourishing
Begins Here:Responsible for developing, achieving and maintaining
the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or
-department's daily operations. Consistently promotes a positive
work environment by being visible and available to all -levels of
staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in
maintaining productivity, supporting hospital -initiatives and
ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist
in identifying staff development needs with -an emphasis on
evidence-based practice and education.Important to this role is
understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the
entire leadership team -throughout Centura Health. Each leader must

-Day to day duties: Operating management of direct reports and
overall needs of department in collaboration with ANM partner and
manager. Duties include oversight of scheduling, call schedule,
staff -growth and development of direct reportsWhat You Bring/Job
Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the
workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:*
2 years RN experience with 1 year in a leadership role.* 6
Months-1yr leadership experience preferred* BSN required -* High
School GED required* Current Colorado RN License/ Current RN
license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
required* BLS from the American Heart Association required*
Professional Certification: Required- must sit within 6months-
active within two years of hire* Must sit for appropriate board
certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role.
Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or
transfer into the role.* Clinical and/or Leadership certification
required within 6 months of hire or transfer.* Credential: Nursing
Specific- ANCC ApprovedPhysical Requirements - -Medium Work -
(Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs

Our partner departments of PreOp and PACU are located on the same
floor as the OR allowing for easy patient transport during the
continuum of care. SPD is located directly beneath the OR assisting
in instrument and case cart movement. We have many service lines
and train our team members to be able to do everything. Service
lines include Ortho, Spine, Neuro, General, OB/GYN, Sports
Medicine, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Bariatrics, and More. Our Spine
and Total Joint Programs are JCHO certified along with our
nationally certified bariatric program. We are looking for the
