Job Description Facility: UCHealth -Colorado (Fort Collins,
Greeley, Loveland, Longmont, Broomfield, Aurora, Highlands Ranch,
Colorado Springs) Department: Intensive Care Unit/ Progressive Care
Unit - Full-time - multiple shifts - Associates degree in nursing
is required $10,000 sign-on bonus for those who qualify We have
openings in the following ICU's (6 months of ICU experience
strongly preferred); Burn ICU Neuro ICU Cardio Thoracic ICU Cardiac
ICU Medical ICU Virtual ICU General ICU We have openings in the
following PCU's: Cardiac PCU Surgical PCU General PCU Med/Surg PCU

Summary: Provides direct patient care in an intensive care setting
at a proficient level, in accordance with applicable scope and
standards of practice with the policies, values, and mission of the
organization. Monitors the patient to maintain a safe environment,
optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Job Duties:
Initiates corrective action whenever information from
monitoring/life support equipment shows adverse symptomology.
Responds to life threatening situations utilizing nursing standards
and protocols for treatment. Provides critical care nursing to a
complex high acuity patient population in a technically complex
environment. Handles critical and highly stressful situations,
reacting decisively with efficiency and composure. Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program
if less than 3 years of experience State licensure as a Registered
Nurse (RN). BLS ACLS within six months of hire 6 months of nursing
experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing Going beyond
