implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational
Therapist to help residents regain independence in daily
activities.* Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and
activities to improve strength, coordination, and functional
skills.* Observe and report residents progress and responses to
therapy, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.* Collaborate
with the care team to support personalized, goal-oriented
rehabilitation for each resident.*What Youll Need: ** Valid OTA
License in the state of Colorado.* Experience working in a
long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.*Learn more
