Job Description:
Seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive
Care Unit in Wilmington, DE, with 12-hour night shifts
available.
Our 24-bed Level 1 Trauma Center PICU cares for critically ill
children with conditions like respiratory failure, cardiovascular
instability, organ failure, trauma, and neurological issues.
Treatments involve advanced life support technologies such as ECMO,
mechanical ventilation, CPR, intracranial pressure monitoring, and
renal support.
Each room is equipped with comprehensive monitoring systems,
including EKG, pulse oximetry, respiratory, hemodynamic, and
intracranial pressure devices. Portable monitoring is available
during transport.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited
nursing program (BSN preferred), at least 2 years of pediatric ICU
experience, current Delaware licensure, CPR certification, with
PALS and CCRN preferred.
