High quality, patient-centered care providerValue-based-care focus providing full-scope primary care servicesEMR: Epic, the leading national solutionWork-life balance supported by available AI-scribe technology (DAX)Generous CME and career development optionsPhysician-led and focused on providing supportive culture Position HighlightsPractice Manager on-siteDedicated support, so clinicians can focus on practicing at "Peak of License"Each clinician has a dedicated MAPossibility of 4-day work week32 Patient Contact Hours / 4 Admin Hours2000 Average Patient Panel per PhysicianFull spectrum of primary care proceduresWeekday Call: Average once a month/starting at 5pmWeekend Call: Average 1 to 2 per yearAverage/Goal of 18 - 20 patients per dayThe culture is one of cohesion and clinic transformationWe are influencing change on a national scale while still maintaining the culture and community or our local organizations Primary Responsibilities:As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide full scope primary care servicesExamine diagnose and treat patients for acute and chronic conditions or concerns injuries, infections, and illnessesCounsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concernsComplete timely and thorough documentation using our EMR systemFormulate diagnostic and treatment plansPrescribe and administer medications, therapies, and proceduresOrder lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow upResponsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary servicesCompletes all documentation and paperwork in a timely mannerMaintain quality of care standards as defined by the practiceSupervise Physician Assistants / Nurse Practitioners as neededRequired Qualifications:M.D. or D.O.Must have completed an accredited residency in Family MedicineMust be board certified in FM or Board Eligible for Medical ResidentsActive Colorado Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employmentActive DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment Preferred Qualifications:Experience in providing patient care under a population health model Colorado Residents Only: The starting, 2 year guarantee base salary for Colorado residents is $260,000.
