hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Shift:
10-hour shifts, (No weekends, no holidays, no on-call) Job
Description: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic medical office team. This
full-time position offers 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday,
with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, providing a
healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong
nursing background and be excited to work in the neurology
specialty. While previous neurology experience is not required,
candidates should be motivated to learn and contribute to a
collaborative, patient-centered care environment. Key
Responsibilities: Patient Care & Assessments: Perform comprehensive
nursing assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical
history, and neurological evaluations, ensuring all information is
accurately documented in patient records. Patient Education:
Provide education to patients and their families about neurological
conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle
adjustments. Empower patients with the knowledge they need to
manage their health effectively. Assisting in Diagnostic
Procedures: Support physicians in performing diagnostic tests and
procedures such as EEGs, nerve conduction studies, lumbar
punctures, and other neurologic assessments. Ensure patient comfort
and safety throughout procedures. Medication Administration &
Management: Administer prescribed medications, monitor for side
effects or adverse reactions, and collaborate with the healthcare
team to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide patient
education on prescribed treatments and therapies. Care
Coordination: Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams,
including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments, ensuring continuity
of care. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date
patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient
responses in a clear and organized manner. Patient Support &
Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns,
providing emotional support, and ensuring that patients' needs are
met in a timely and professional manner. Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to all medical office protocols, safety guidelines, and
infection control practices. Ensure that patient confidentiality is
maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Continuous
Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training and
professional development opportunities related to neurology and
nursing best practices. Stay informed about advances in
neurological care and treatment. This position is an excellent

Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited
or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing
program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's
degree in Nursing. Required Licensure/Certification: State
licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS)
Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at
position level. Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience.
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before
start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of
