Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Neuro Trauma - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/01/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel SEASONAL – TRAVEL RN – Med Surg / Neurotrauma Location: Englewood, CO Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Duration: 13 Weeks Experience Required: 2 years Auto-Offer: Yes Pay Package - Gross Weekly: $2,141 - Weekly Stipend: $1,565 - W2 Rate: $16/hr Unit Information - Unit: Neurotrauma (Neuro – 66817) - Beds: 38 - Floor: 7th Floor (South & Tower) - Building: Main Hospital - EMR: Meditech Staffing & Ratios: - Day Shift: - 2 Charge RNs (no patient assignment) - RN Ratio: 4–5:1 - 2 PCTs - Night Shift: - 1–2 Charge RNs (depending on staffing) - RN Ratio: 4–5:1 (goal 4:1; may flex to 5:1) - 2 PCTs Equipment: IV pumps, seizure monitoring, BiPAP, CPAP (primarily nights), glucometers Required Qualifications - Active RN license - NIH Stroke Scale Certification - BLS - Strong Med Surg background Common Procedures & Responsibilities - NIH, stroke, and neurological assessments - Fall risk assessments - Tracheostomy care - Feeding tube management Benefits/nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance/nReferral Bonus Programs About Binding Minds Binding Minds: Healthcare Staffing firm where your talent is valued, and your career has a true partner.
