Job Description:
Stellar Living, renowned for enhancing the quality of life in
senior communities, is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. This position
will be integral in providing care within our assisted living and
memory care facilities, focusing on respiratory therapy treatments
and patient education tailored to the needs of elderly patients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in
respiratory care, with a deep commitment to patient-driven service.
Assess and evaluate residents’ respiratory conditions using
diagnostic tests and medical imaging reports. Develop and implement
tailored care plans based on each resident’s specific needs.
Operate and monitor respiratory equipment such as ventilators and
oxygen supply devices. Educate residents and their families on
respiratory health and ongoing care plans. Collaborate with
healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Regularly
review and update patient records; ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. Proficient in using respiratory care
equipment Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a
multidisciplinary team Detailed-oriented with strong record-keeping
and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
credential required. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
certification preferred. Current CPR certification.
