As a Stellar Living RN, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality medical care to our residents, while also supporting their emotional and social well-being. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
