Job Description:

this role, you will be pivotal in managing nursing staff and
overseeing patient care operations to ensure that each patient
receives the highest standard of medical care. The Charge Nurse ED
is critical in maintaining clinical and staff adherence to
established policies and regulatory guidelines, fostering an
environment of safety and efficiency in one of our fast-paced,
high-acuity emergency departments. Direct and supervise nursing
staff while effectively allocating and prioritizing personnel and
resources Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety
standards Coordinate emergency care, including developing treatment
plans, overseeing implementation, and evaluating outcomes Foster an
environment of continuous improvement in patient care and staff
competency Facilitate communication between physicians, staff, and
patients to ensure quality outcomes Proficient in emergency
response care and protocols Strong leadership and team management
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Competent in
medical software and healthcare technologies Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado BLS/ACLS
certification required PALS or ENPC certification preferred
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification is highly
desirable
