Cardiothoracic (CT) Surgeon – Denver, CO About this role: For more
than 50 years, physicians from Intermountain Health and National
Jewish Health, have worked together to create a heart and vascular
program known for exceptional quality, superior outcomes, and
innovative cardiovascular (CV) treatments. Today, this unique
clinical partnership has resulted in the formation of a top-tier
heart and vascular program serving the needs of patients throughout
the Colorado Front Range. As a Cardiothoracic (CT) Surgeon, you
will collaborate with other Cardiovascular Surgeons and Advanced
Practice Practitioners (APPs) to deliver exceptional care and
enhance patient experiences. Some key highlights of this role
include: Your primary practice will be based in Denver, CO at our
CT Surgery clinic and Saint Joseph Hospital In addition, you will
participate in a shared call model to help with coverage at Denver
Health and Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO Saint Joseph
Hospital has earned 3-out-of-3 stars from the Society of Thoracic
Surgeons (STS) for patient care and outcomes in coronary artery
bypass graft surgery (CABG), and aortic valve replacement (AVR),
and is well known for mitral valve replacement/repair (MVRR). Take
shared call at 2 hospitals (APPs also take calls floor/ ICU/
practice/OR call) Large, matured CT practice with collaborative
relationships and referral patterns Full ICU support with excellent
group of Intensivists on site 24/7 A thriving Structural Heart
Program including TAVR, M-TEER, T-TEER, TTVR (Evoque) and multiple
ongoing Structural Heart research trials A dedicated shock program
as an ECMO site Our Medical Group is a physician-led group with the
administrative support of a larger hospital system How we'll
support you: Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of
an initial base salary of $800,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive.
Additionally, there is up to a $75,000 annual quality bonus . We
are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus . A relocation bonus is

people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is
why we require: MD/DO Education Unrestricted license in Colorado or
able to obtain Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery DEA
Minimum of 3 years experience We are looking for an aggressive
program builder in CV surgery, or an interest in building a niche
like thoracic, minimally invasive mitral valve, or a large ECMO

Weekly Hours: 40 The hourly range for this position is listed
below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 -
