Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric - Discipline: LPN / LVN - Duration: 24 weeks - Shift: nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Psych LPN / LVN – Local Contract – Nights | 36 Hours | $47/hr Pueblo, CO Start: 4/20/2026 24-Week Contract Compensation & Schedule $47 per hour 36 hours per week 3x12-hour night shifts Weekend and holiday rotation required Position Overview SpectrumACS, a division of American Correctional Solutions, is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for a 24-week local contract at a Colorado state inpatient psychiatric hospital in Pueblo. This facility provides care for adult forensic and civil behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based environment. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric nursing care under RN supervision Assist with patient assessments Administer medications within LPN/LVN scope of practice Monitor patient behavior and document observations Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts Participate in MANDT crisis management and restraint training Requirements Active Colorado LPN license 1 years of inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience Current AHA BLS certification Experience working in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift 50 lbs Job Type: Local Contract Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital SpectrumACS Job ID CMHHIP-LPN-LCL-PM-36.
