Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our
Outpatient Orthopedic team in a dynamic, supportive environment
focused on patient-centered care. Leveraging the latest in medical
technology and treatment methodologies, you will work closely with
orthopedic patients to facilitate recovery and enhance quality of
life, aligning with our mission to provide the finest healthcare to
the Colorado community. Evaluate and assess patient's health needs,
focusing on musculoskeletal issues and postoperative recovery.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific
needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve
mobility and reduce pain. Document patient progress and modify
treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families
about ongoing management and preventive measures. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Strong
analytical and diagnostic skills. Ability to apply physical therapy
modalities and techniques effectively. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Capability to handle a high caseload while
maintaining quality care. Proficiency in using healthcare software
for patient management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in
the state of Colorado. Board-certified clinical specialist in
orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) preferred.
