We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to become an integral part of our surgical teams. This individual will be responsible for assisting with surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel. Our focus is on delivering patient-centered care, and we value professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to excellence in all surgeries and procedures. The role requires adeptness in setting up operating rooms, preparing patients for surgery, and ensuring sterile conditions, among other duties. Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and equipment. Ensure all instruments and supplies are sterilized and ready before surgeries and procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Help prepare patients for surgery by cleaning, shaving, and disinfecting incision sites. Collaborate with registered nurses and other surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care during surgical procedures. Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment before, during, and after procedures. Monitor and continually assess operating room conditions, including sterilization, safety, and patient needs. Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques Ability to handle surgical instruments safely Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and high level of manual dexterity Ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly in dynamic environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
