Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Mental Health
Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our compassionate healthcare
team. In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive care for
patients in mental health settings, ensuring seamless
collaborations between healthcare professionals, overseeing patient
treatment plans, and enhancing the delivery of mental healthcare
services. This position requires a dynamic nurse with a passion for
patient advocacy and a deep understanding of mental health issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for
patients with mental health disorders. Facilitate communication
among various healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
Lead patient care meetings and coordinate follow-up care and
referrals. Train and mentor nursing staff on mental health issues
and appropriate care techniques. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards pertaining to mental health. Strong
understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methods.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in use
of medical software for patient management. Ability to handle
high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in
applicable state. Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (CPMHN)
preferred.
