In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care in surgical reconstruction procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Our facilities provide a robust support system and state-of-the-art technology to assist you in delivering exceptional patient care. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for surgical reconstruction patients. Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery, making timely interventions as needed. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in critical situations Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
