Doctor of Medicine | Dermatology Location: Arvada, CO Employer: Curative Pay: $450,000 to $800,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position General Dermatology Opportunity near Denver, Colorado Step into a high-demand General Dermatology role in one of the most desirable markets in the country, where patient demand exceeds capacity, autonomy is real, and the infrastructure is in place for a productive, well-compensated practice from day one. Join an established multi-site group with a clear path from income guarantee to uncapped earnings. PRACTICE OVERVIEW Established Denver metro group with a multi-site schedule, typically 2/2 or 3/1 split, never covering two locations in one day Full autonomy over cosmetics, excisions, and clinical scope, no APP supervision required unless desired No Mohs required, with three dedicated Mohs surgeons handling referrals and in-house dermpath in Lakewood Two MAs standard, third added once you average 36 patients per day CALL & SCHEDULE 4-day work week, 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour break, optional fifth day for increased earnings Start around 20 patients per day and ramp to comfort, top performers see about 50 per day 35 patients per day, 4 days per week is the target for a strong fit No weekends, cosmetics and excisions optional, primary need is medical dermatology COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Year 1 base salary, negotiable, with ability to move to collections at any time Year 2, 40% of collections up to $800K, 45% above, no overhead deducted, strong group reimbursement rates Signing bonus negotiable, $5K CME, 4 weeks PTO during guarantee 401k and deferred compensation available, no buy-in required Malpractice with tail available CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS BC/BE Dermatology Comfortable with 35 patients per day, ramp supported Team-oriented, comfortable with multi-site model Experience preferred, strong 2027 grads considered COMMUNITY & LOCATION Arvada, part of the Denver metro, offers flexible living options across the region Year-round outdoor access including skiing, hiking, and cycling Growing city with strong schools, food scene, and culture Major airport with direct access to most U.S. cities Reach out today and let's find out together if this is the right move for you!
