Interventional Radiology Location: Aurora, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,069 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Weekend call required every 4-6 weeks. Charting experience with Epic is necessary. No first-timers accepted. Description: This position is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist. The role involves working in a fast-paced and high-turnover procedural unit. The tech will be part of a Level I trauma hospital team. Responsibilities include caring for both outpatient and critically ill inpatients. Procedures performed include, but are not limited to, embolizations, drain placements, and central line placements. The tech will assist in Y90 planning and implantation. A typical setup for procedures includes 1 RN and 1-2 Radiologic Technologists per room. Must be prepared for a variety of urgent and complex procedures. Candidates should possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Must adhere to safety protocols, including radiation and laser safety. The unit manages emergent trauma and stroke patients regularly.
