Description Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inptatient Pavilion,
US:CO:Aurora Department: Anesthesiology Main Work Schedule: Full
Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Evenings Pay:
$22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant
experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a
hybrid or remote option Summary: Supervises daily staff activities
for an assigned area or function. Responsibilities: Determines,
coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
Ensures staff compliance with regulatory requirements and
departmental/organizational policies and procedures. Performs staff
responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate
action. Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED.
Licensure/Certification: None required. Preferred: Certified
Anesthesia Technician. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience as
an Anesthesia Technician. Employees are our number one asset.
