mission, our Physical Therapists play a vital role in helping
residents improve mobility, strength, and functional ability. The

Evaluate Residents’ Physical Function and Develop Individualized
Treatment Plans - Provide Therapeutic Exercises and Interventions
to Improve Mobility, Strength, and Balance - Assist Residents with
Gait Training, Transfers, and Use of Assistive Devices -
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic
Care - Educate Residents and Families on Therapy Goals, Safety, and
Progress - Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance
with Regulations - Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans Based on
Resident Progress Qualifications: - Current Physical Therapist
License in Good Standing - Degree from an Accredited Physical
Therapy Program - Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal
Skills - Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and
Independently - Commitment to Delivering High-Quality,
