We're looking for a Senior Regional Business Administrative Specialist (emphasis on Payroll and Accounts Payable) to join our team.You'll be responsible for Supervision, Payroll, Accounts Payable and General Administrative Support:Supervision & Administration:

  • Provide supervision and administrative back up to the Regional Business Administration Manager for the team based out of our Parker, Colorado office
  • Interact with branch teams on processing and completing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Contracts and General Administrative matters
  • Provide back up to other Administrative Team Members with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and any other facets of the Administrative responsibilities as deemed necessary
  • Facilitate and demonstrate continuous effort to foster collaboration with cross - functional teams, improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
  • Maintaining positive relationships with all branch team members (internal clients)
  • A team player, supportive business partner and a "roll up your sleeves to get the job done" attitude
  • Ability to foster and maintain a good team environmentPayroll:
    • Daily work with Electronic Time Capture Program/Payroll and collaborating with supervision in the field with process and compliance
    • Complete Certified Pay reporting to clients weekly as required and follow up with clients to ensure certified pay has no errors and is accepted with no errors
    • Complete monthly OCIP reporting to clients as required
    • Ensure all payroll is processed in accordance with documented SOX controlsAccounts Payable:
      • General Contracts knowledge for Formal and Casual subcontract administration
      • Work collaboratively with Field, Procurement and Corporate Accounting teams on 3-way match processing
      • Prepare timely month-end closing activities as needed
      • Provide audit support to internal/external auditors and corporate tax team as requested throughout the monthGeneral Administration:
        • Produce, revise and send written communication including memos, letters and flyers
        • Ensuring Accountability for work performed
        • Answer phones for branch if applicable
        • Run reports as needed/directed by Branch Team Members
        • Filing (electronically) of various types for job files as needed
        • This position is not remote unless dictated by the State of CO due to COVID
        • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
        • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in fast paced environment
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong suits to investigation and research
        • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
        • Takes initiative to identify and resolve issues
        • Flexibility to learn new systems
        • Special projects as assignedYou might be a good fit if you have:
          • Minimum 5-7 years of Office Management experience
          • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting (preferred)
          • Minimum 5 years of relevant Payroll experience including Certified Pay weekly reporting; knowledge of Electronic Time keeping a plus
          • 2-5 years Accounts Payable experience (preferred)
          • 2-5 years Customer Service experience (preferred)
          • Construction industry experienceAnd while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
            • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
