Primarily responsible for assuring that service level goals are met while creating a positive and motivating work environment for all employees. The supervisor will administer the Contact Center ACD platform and serve as the main liaison for all GCC technical support. The supervisor pro-actively handles tasks and duties with little direction and with a sense of urgency. Manages the Denver Help Desk function, ensures queue service level and abandon targets are reached daily and produces performance reports for key measurable outcomes. Maintains support for all team member workstations and inventory. When needed, the supervisor will handle escalated issues providing the guest with a positive experience.

Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience required, contact center background preferred. 2 years of leadership experience required.

Compensation& Benefits:

$56,000-61,600, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
