Make a difference as an Associate Attorney As a Full-Time Family
Law / Criminal Associate Attorney at Burnham Law Firm, you will
take on a dynamic role representing clients in a wide range of
family law and criminal matters, including divorce, child custody,
and protection orders. You will manage all phases of casework, from
conducting thorough legal research and drafting pleadings to
overseeing negotiations and making court appearances. Your
responsibilities will also include conducting client consultations
and maintaining ongoing communication to provide crucial support
throughout their legal journey. Collaboration with paralegals and

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and a valid
license in good standing with the Colorado Bar are essential. With
a minimum of five years' experience practicing family law, you
should possess strong litigation skills backed by a proven track
record of courtroom appearances. Exceptional communication,
negotiation, and writing abilities are crucial for effectively
advocating for clients. Your aptitude for managing multiple cases
and deadlines, combined with a keen attention to detail, will
significantly impact your success in this role. A client-focused
