Monarch Metal Manufacturing is currently seeking a Non-CDL delivery driver for the Denver Metro area. This position will work closely with the packing shipping department. Use of box trucks, Vans or flatbed trucks to deliver materials. Job Type full time Pay $18.00 to $23.00 hr based on experience. Shift and schedule 4-10's Monday through Thursday 10 hr shifts off Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Occasional overtime Basic Qualification Valid Drivers license Ability to lift 50 lbs. A customer service mind set 1 year experience in driving or delivering materials able to operate a pallet jack able to pass company requirements for driving privileges DOT physical Approved driver (insurance) the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Job Description and primary responsibilities: Our drivers must be able to communicate and interact with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally. To work with the packing shipping operations to finish packing, or loading trucks for delivery. Along with delivering materials to our customers or vendors. Must be able to inspect the delivery equipment. (trucks and vans) Ensure that materials being delivered will be safely secured in the trucks or vans to keep from being damaged or unsafely transported. Count and verify with customers that the materials listed in the packing slips are accurate and at the right location. Appropriate paperwork is signed upon delivery by customer Assist and notify the Maintenance team with any vehicle repairs and maintenance required.
