Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable,
detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Device
Assembler. This entry-level position offers comprehensive
on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for
individuals looking to start a career in medical device
manufacturing. While prior assembly experience is not required,
candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured,
process-driven environment and are committed to maintaining high
standards of cleanliness, precision, and quality. Key
Responsibilities: Perform routine assembly and production tasks in
a clean room environment. Handle and assemble small components with
strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols. Maintain
accurate documentation of work performed and production records.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality
assurance guidelines. Collaborate effectively with team members to
meet production targets and deadlines. Clean Room Environment: This
position requires working in a clean room, a controlled environment
designed to minimize contamination from dust, airborne microbes,
and other particles. Clean Room Protocols Include: Wearing
specialized garments (e.g., gowns, gloves, hairnet, shoe covers).
Adhering to strict hygiene standards (e.g., no makeup, jewelry,
nail polish). Working in a sterile, temperature- and
humidity-controlled setting. Training will be provided to ensure
full compliance with clean room standards. Qualifications: Strong
attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt
to a structured manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for the
duration of an 8-hour shift. Basic proficiency in English, both
spoken and written, to follow instructions and communicate
effectively. Comfortable working with small parts and components.
Shifts & Compensation 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:40 AM – 2:40 PM
—$18.50/hour 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:40 PM – 10:40 PM
—$20.00/hour 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:40 PM – 6:30 AM
—$21.50/hour Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Boulder, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible,
