JOB SUMMARY: Directs and oversees the maintenance of the
BlueWater Resort & Casino. To include payroll and administrative
duties. Responsible for the repair, maintenance and service of all
aspects of the commercial and facility mechanical operations and
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide supervision, direction, mentoring and oversight of
maintenance staff on repairs, new work or projects.
Hires, trains, evaluates, and disciplines all employees as

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
from a four-year accredited College or University with a
Professional Engineers License preferred. Or must have other
applicable industry Licenses and Certifications with over ten years
of field experience and three to five years of experience as the
head of a property engineering department. Must be a “hands on”
engineer able to lead, train, plan, schedule and direct all
engineering activities and projects. Must have good communication
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to walk, stoop, and lift up to
seventy-five pounds. Ability to work outside in hot weather
