We are looking for passionate Customer Experience Coordinators to join our cool team at our Parker location!!

Okay, okay, so everyone thinks they're cool, but how many barbershops are offering their clients a unique bar experience where they get their hair cut? Meet Scissors & Scotch, a full service barbershop specializing in men's cuts. We also happen to have a bartender on site to offer a relaxing experience in our full service bar/lounge!!

Our goal is to provide an exceptional all-around experience for each customer. Upscale environment? Yep, we've got the comfy leather chairs. Full service? Hair, beards, trims, even waxing, we have that too. Martini? We can do it shaken or stirred. Oh, and how about a great accessible location? Done and done.

So, what are we looking for? That's a hard question, because we're not cookie-cutter. We don't have a uniform and we won't ask you to remove your nose ring (or expect you to get one, you do you). Of course, experience is preferred but all our new hires complete an extensive in-house training. Ultimately, we want to find the right personality match, someone who takes pride in their work and feels the same way we do, that professional doesn't mean boring.

Shifts may vary; our current business hours are:

Monday-Thursday 10a - 7p

Friday-Saturday 9a - 7p

Sunday 10p - 5p

To hire the best, we pay the best. Our dynamic compensation model is designed to provide both stability and unlimited earnings potential. You'll make guaranteed hourly wage of $15/hour, $15 commission on each membership sold and generous client tips.

And to sweeten the deal just a little bit more, we offer additional benefits to our full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) employees after 60 days of employment:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Ongoing free education

PTO accrual beginning day 61

This location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
