Operations is responsible for managing onboarding and on-going
performance of Apheresis Centers used for Bristol Myers Squibb
(BMS) Clinical and Commercial Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)
T-cell Therapies in their assigned territory.
- Work with internal customers (Clinical and Commercial) to
ensure apheresis accounts are on-boarded in alignment with the
clinical site/commercial account plans
- Communicate collection site on-boarding status to Clinical and
Commercialteams and develop and execute mitigation plans for
delayed timelines
- Perform technical site assessments and train collection center
staff on BMS collection requirements
- Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation
activities and impact/investigation assessments for cell collection
centers
- Collect and enter data into electronic data management
systems
- Work with Quality Assurance and other internal business
partners to monitor and assess vendor performance and capacity
after site launch.
- Comply with applicable SOP's and regulations
- Coverage for all territories in Apheresis Operations network,
as required
- Must be able to meet all credentialing requirements of BMS
apheresis network sites.Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Knowledge of Country specific Regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Apheresis basics
- Customer service excellence
- Ability to use a Computer, Phone, and other Electronic
DevicesEducation/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:
- Required Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
(Registered Nurse, Biomedical Engineer)
- 3+ years' experience in regulated environment (hospital, blood
center, pharma/biotech preferred)Travel: This position requires up
to 50% of travel. Overnight and International travel may be
required. You must have or be in the process of obtaining a current

compensation for this job is a range from $60,000- $76,000 plus
incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The
starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job,
