Chief Of StaffSupport the CEO by preparing strategic insights and presentations for key business meetings.Location: DenverCompensation: $90,000 - 130,000 USD / yearJob Tags: OperationsAbout The Role- The Chief of Staff will provide decision support through research, analysis, and scenario modeling to aid the CEO.- This role involves monitoring health KPIs of the business and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.- The Chief of Staff will prepare presentations for various internal and external audiences, including board meetings and partner meetings.- The position requires conducting meeting preparation and research to provide insights for CEO meetings.- The role includes tracking progress against strategic objectives and communicating updates to the CEO in a timely manner.Qualifications- The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or at a high-growth startup.- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.- The candidate should possess deep analytical skills, capable of pulling data and understanding the story behind it to solve problems independently.- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities is essential.- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an active sense of urgency and impeccable follow-through.
