***Active Colorado Property and Casualty Producer Licenses are required***

We're seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.

Note: Experience with Commercial Insurance service and sales, processing COIs, and relationship management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

--- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
--- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
--- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
--- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge


Qualifications:

--- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Previous work in a customer-facing position
--- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
