buyer calls to request a tour, will you be the agent to answer the
call and close the deal? If you have the skill and the drive, we

Harrison St, STE Skydeck, Denver, CO] Conveniently located office
for agents in Denver, Lakewood, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial,
Arvada and surrounding suburbs. Pay: $48,000 – $400,000 per year
(Commission Profit Share) Job Type: Full-time Requirements
Responsibilities Proactive Follow-Up: Manage high-intent leads
within a proven conversion system. Consult & Negotiate: Genuinely
help people accomplish their real estate goals through expert
market knowledge. Commit to Excellence: Attend weekly
skill-development classes and implement high-level sales
strategies. Ownership: Take full responsibility for your pipeline,
using our CRM, Luxury Websites, Listing Sign Valet and post-closing
referral programs to scale. Requirements Active CO Real Estate
License (Active or In Progress). Coachability: A genuine desire to
be challenged and held accountable to your own goals. Hunger: A
"self-starter" mentality. You don't wait for things to happen; you
make them happen. Flexibility: Ability to work a self-determined
schedule, including weekends and evenings to meet client needs.
