Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Golden, CO Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $1,959 to $2,019 per week Contract Duration: 10 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description & Requirements Social Worker (SW) - School - (SW - School) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $1959.00 - $2019.00 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Golden, Colorado school district to hire a qualified Social Worker (SW) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Clinicians will work with students and staff to identify and treat social, emotional, and behavioral issues in a positive and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities for this role include providing direct support to students to help them understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. The Social Worker will also create individualized support plans and conduct interventions to address issues such as bullying, crisis situations, and behavioral challenges. Throughout the school year, they will provide counseling services to students in individual and group settings. The Social Worker will also assist in providing training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to drive social and emotional development both in school and at home. Required Qualifications Social Worker, School Graduate-level degree in Social Work, accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) Active Social Work license state of residence Preferred Qualifications [ HOURS] of supervised work experience Clear, articulate communication skills Ability to develop strategies and make referrals for a diverse population Previous school experience a plus!
