schedule Average patient volume: ~15 per day Established outpatient
endocrinology practice Adult patient population only Focus on
management of: Diabetes, Thyroid disorders and Osteoporosis
Ultrasound capability available in clinic Certified Diabetes
Educator (CDE) being added to practice EMR: Epic Patient-centered,
collaborative care environment Skills Required: Diabetes management
Thyroid disorder treatment Osteoporosis management Endocrine
diagnostic evaluation Outpatient endocrine care planning
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal
Medicine (within 5 years of residency) Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism (within 5 years of
fellowship) Active Colorado license or willing to obtain DEA (must
be obtained prior to start) NPDB Self-Query within 30 days of
presentation Visa sponsorship not accepted Clean malpractice
history preferred Compensation Info: Salary Range: $265,000 –
$300,000 annually Quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered
